very good car, the 5 speed manual is the way to go. It pulls well in the higher gears at lower speeds. the All wheel drive is awesome for the rain or snow. I prefer the '88 because it is the only year with the BBS wheels, sport seats, front and rear spoilers. the other years have one or more of these missing.

An excellent year around Colorado car! Great in Snow and sun. With studded tires virtually unstoppable for the 31 mile commute. I love the traditional boxy look where you can see out of each corner of the car. The '88 has every option, heated leather sport seats, 5 spd, and rear spoiler.
