Tavon was a great help! I've never purchased a car so fast in my life. With other dealerships, you're sitting there ALL DAY, which I hate. Including the test drive & paperwork, I was there for one hour, if that. Three days later, after their mechanic looked over the car meticulously, & fixed any issues, it was mine! I LOVE MY AUDI Q3. on the website it was stated the destination fee was included in the price, when I called, the salesman said when I asked about the destination charge that it was not included. I am just curious when someone drives their trade in to a dealership how can there be a destination charge? I don't know the particulars on the car I was interested in but it seems most if not all dealers charge this fee plus others that aren't explained. Also do yourself a favor and check with AI on possible maintenance issues on any vehicle you are looking at, all the used vehicles at other dealers I was interested in had some kind of mechanical, electrical etc... issues. Make sure you tell the dealership you are aware of such possible problems and ask if they were rectified and if they can't guarantee they were fixed then you should move on. I chose to walk based on the destination fee discrepancy and nothing else. I could be wrong but I choose to go with my gut feelings.
