Unfortunately, this wasn’t a great experience. I arrived for my appointment and the truck was outside but not cleaned or ready to be shown. The initial trade-in offer was far below reasonable expectations. While the dealership later came back with a significantly higher number (more than double), the initial interaction left a bad impression. Because of that, I chose not to proceed with the purchase.

Amon has been great throughout my initial inquiry, arranging to see and drive the car, and having carefully vetted and repaired everything that needed it on the car. Then he worked with me getting the paperwork overnighted to me so I could register the car and be ready to come back and drive it away.
