Dealerships near me (Williamsburg, VA)

I bought the car online and had it delivered. Wonderful experience beginning to end!

I set an appointment with the salesman the night before our meeting. I drove over an hour the next day but when I got there, he said the car was not available for sale. Then proceeded to try to show me other vehicles. I highly doubt this car was ever available for sale at the stated price.

Without a doubt the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. I would not hesitate at all working with European Cars of Williamsburg again for sales or service.

They was in contact with me about the truck about min I showed interest they comucated to get me rhe right truck but I haven't had time to go by the dealership yet but This will definitely be the place check them out they are great people..Thanks

Williamsburg Ford was a very nice and clean place, with lots of friendly people. I enjoyed my purchase and was out of there in know time at all from my experience I will recommend too others.

Made an appointment, they sold the car without telling me and I drove an hour just to test drive. Would not recommend, they also tried to sell me another EV with a smaller battery which I told them I don’t want.

All communication was through email and it was a positive experience.

The options noted and "sold" were not accurate. Ad and paperwork stated the car had CarPlay/AndroidAuto & Remote Start and it doesn't. I live in VB. I could not drive it home right away once I purchased. Asked for someone to follow me with it and I'd bring him/her back but was told no. Picked up later that evening and check engine light came on. Parked it all weekend and went to have it looked at Monday morning. Sat two hours while they looked it over. Stated there were no codes, when I expressed concern about my 3 day return window, was assured it would be ok if something happened. Been driving now for 3 days and that is when I discovered, after subscribing to MySubaru, that there is no Remote Start. Also found that the CarPlay/AndroidAuto are not compatible with my phone because my phone is "too new". Subaru is working it. I like the car, just wish the sales person actually knew the options. I am installing Remote Start at a cost, no offer of discount at all.
