The worst dealer! I inquired from the very beginning about what info I needed and I am out of state buyer. They replied they will get a sales rep and gather those info. They NEVER did. When I received another follow up CRM email I replied in still waiting on the info and photos they said their were gathering for me. The rep tells me “for the you need to come into the store”. After I clearly stated I am an out of state buyer. I then replied stating it just sounds like laziness to me and I am no longer interested please remove my contact from their mailing list. The same rep sends me back an email saying “we have chose not to proceed” as if he was trying to “one up” me and how they have 40+ inquiries on the truck when they over priced it so much they cut a whopping $4500 at once. Buyers beware.

The staff at the dealership were friendly and helpful. Things took a little longer than expected. But the outcome was excellent. Good process, good car, good service.

I drove a long way to see the car. It was okay except for a dink in the windshield. they told me they had lowered the price twice since I first contacted them. They charged me the same price as in the offer plus the $800 dealer prep fee that was supposed to be included. So, instead of $32,800 advertised, I paid $34 something and I am still waiting for the loan papers.

I felt like it was an early Christmas season buying a more recent vehicle with all the modern features that make me happy and comfortable with driving. I thank the dealership staff for their super awesome patience and understanding. I love the way it drives and so spacious leg room and carrying loads of personal items in the trunk is amazing. My purchase is above and beyond what I expected.
