advertised price at $26,450 and somehow total price came out to $41,000

Price is not what what they advertised, and tried to pull a scam saying the car had a deposit already and was being sent to California the next day if I didn’t buy it today because it was the end of the month. Now over 2 weeks later the car is still unsold and sitting on the lot.

These guys are on the up and up. Completely trust worthy. They showeed me they care about getting me the best deal and its not all about money for them. They actually care. If you want a nice VW VW of West Islip is where you want to go.

Very quick response and very pleasant even with the understanding I was in the early stages of a vehicle seach.

Dealer was responsive and friendly. However when my deal reached finance they werent willing to even try to negotiate my negative equity after an approval. Then when i told them the trade was in my wifes name they tried to get me to run it in my name only to one-defeat the purpose of trading and two- try and screw my wife over and have me just ditch my old car and payment

Most communication was by text. I spoke to a salesperson who said the vehicle was available and then was redirected to another salesperson who said the vehicle was not available and then said that maybe the unavailable vehicle may be in another location. Then got back to me and said both x4 vehicles that they had were unavailable. Then got back next day I got a call from someone else asking if I wanted to come in for a test drive. When I texted back, I told the salesperson the situation and she said it WAS available so I asked her to double check. I never heard back from her. They are very disorganized and don’t know what vehicles they have in stock!! I would never deal with them again
