WARNING. A complete waste of time and misleading practices. Before making the trip, I called and specifically asked whether the blue Audi Q8 was still available. I was clearly told that the vehicle was in stock and ready for viewing. I had to drive 4 hours one way. When I arrived, the car was not on the lot. I was told, “It will be here in 10 minutes.” After waiting about 30 minutes, a vehicle finally showed up — but it was a completely different car with very high mileage, not the one I was told about. This is either extreme incompetence or intentional bait-and-switch behavior to get customers in the door. Driving 8 hours round trip for this kind of experience is unacceptable. Absolute Waste of time they ran my credit on an approved loan I was scheduled for a test drive and the vehicle sold the day of inspection. no notice or anything.

Paid $40,000 for a 2022 Toyota Highlander with 17000 miles. I bought the car and then discovered the front floor mats were missing - floor covered with thin plastic. Only one key FOB. Roof mounted radio cover is missing. Satellite radio doesn't work. Passenger side mirror is broken. The car was on their lot for 2 1/2 months. You would think that they would have done a lot more to get it ready to sell. The salesmen ghosted me. A lesson learned about buying a used car from a dealer with poor reviews.
