Very Nice and helpful. Car is be shipped to Charston so I can Test drive the Lincoln.

They are friendly when try to sell a car, but once you bought the car, they never answer your messages when need them, and the manager never reply a call/text/emails, I'm very disappointed with my purchase, because they are selling cars here at cargurus that are not in good condition, they promised that will fix the car if you buy the car, but then, they're very slow on trying to fix the car, they told me that will take only 2 days and it's been a week since I bought this car and is not fixed yet.!!!

The dealership really took care of me and really understood my situation and really helped me get the car I wanted, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Delayed responses from this dealership, and continued lack of follow-through for requested estimates and communication for the sales agent. Frequent errors in the estimates provided when asking for quotes for tag/registration in two different states. I had to reach out and ask for the information that was supposed to be sent to me on multiple occasions. This is not ideal if you are looking to purchase online. Strongly suggest dealing with this dealership only in person. Also, when i visited this dealership for a test drive, the overall environment was very stale. No one greeted me when I walked in. Sales agents and receptionist did not make eye contact. I had to ask to test drive a vehicle. Also, when requesting to see a certain type of interior, I had to keep asking the sales agent to show me a vehicle. It was not a very helpful or pleasant experience, especially when looking to purchase a vehicle.

Dealer was too busy to spend any time with us. Handed us the keys and said take it for a drive. We were going 10 minutes and when we came back, he did not car at all about us or whether we wanted to buy to car or not. Never returning to this dealership again. Extremely poor service.
