Chris and Liz were wonderful (sales and financing). In spite of a total blizzard, my car was presented clean and like-new. Chris offered enough data so I could comparison shop and was really direct about the pricing and the terms. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to shop there and I'd do it again.

Griffin was my sales rep, he was very professional and answered every question I had. The process was enjoyable from start to finish. I highly recommend Griffin and Sheehy Volvo.

Never answered questions regarding if the vehicle had recall fixes, tread wear depth. Multiple people emailing regarding coming to see the people but none of them were able, or willing, to address my questions.

Talked and agree on price, paper work completed on line, vehicle delivered as agreed. 1st time purchase of vehicle over the internet. Was skeptical at first, but turned out to be a great experience.
