My experience with Sheehy Volvo went from 5 stars to 0 stars in less than 1 minute. After deciding to purchase the car due to a Costco rebate of $1,250 on Certified Pre-Owned Volvos. However, after wasting another hour of our time, they said the car was not Certified Pre-Owned even though the sticker on the windshield said it was. This is false advertising at it’s finest. Then instead honoring the full discount and eating it themselves due to the false advertising, they offered $550 off and made it sound like they were doing me a favor since they are a no-haggle dealership. So, the vehicle was $700 more than I expected and NONE of this was MY fault. In one word, unacceptable. We walked away and was happy not to do business with a shady business like Sheehy Volvo.

James was very helpful with the car. Took it for a test drive. They we're definitely willing to negotiate. We just didn't agree upon a price.

Paid $40,000 for a 2022 Toyota Highlander with 17000 miles. I bought the car and then discovered the front floor mats were missing - floor covered with thin plastic. Only one key FOB. Roof mounted radio cover is missing. Satellite radio doesn't work. Passenger side mirror is broken. The car was on their lot for 2 1/2 months. You would think that they would have done a lot more to get it ready to sell. The salesmen ghosted me. A lesson learned about buying a used car from a dealer with poor reviews.

Everyone we worked with at this dealership (including Daniel, Mike, and Kyle) was honest, friendly, helpful, and transparent. We came to them with a healthy deal of skepticism after being burned by another dealer and we were very pleasantly surprised. Everything went exactly as the told us and as we had hoped from start to finish. We recommend them highly!
