My salesperson texted me a quote that I was agreeable to and I was ready to purchase the vehicle that I had been looking at and in communication with him online. I texted him a question and he replied someone just came in and bought the car after we had been texting back and forth to work out the finance details. There were several days in between communications from him, which had he been more responsive, probably would have prevented this. I would also think that the salespeople would communicate with one another if they had a serious customer, but apparently that is not the case. Needless to say I am highly disappointed by this experience.

Guillermo and Jeffrey were very easy to work with through the entire process. Did not play games and made the entire process painless. The finance director Sheri was extremely helpful and accommodating. Great experience overall. I love my new car. Thank you all!
