Overall great experience! Collin was super helpful and made the entire thing easy!

They were friendly and responsive. However within 2 hours of making me an offer by email, they sold the car to another buyer, presumably using my interest as leverage.

I reached out to talk about the vehicle, and via email they were responsive and transparent about fees and cost. I never went to look at the vehicle because I am unable to during the week, unfortunately for me, the car sold 2-3 days later. Otherwise, a pleasure to work with, and very responsive in email.

Jay in finance was great. Helped me get into a loan that worked for me. I only gave 3 stars for condition, because there were some scratches, I did not see during test drive, because it was raining, my fault. Did not come with a charger/adapter.

Great car, shopping experience! The team was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Charles went out of his way for us.
