Very easily to communicate

This was the easiest, most helpful and friendly dealership I have ever been to. The price and the down payment were exactly what they told me over the phone. Chris had everything ready for me when I got there bc it was 740 and they closed at 8pm. He ended up staying until almost 9pm waiting on the insurance company. I will DEFINITELY be back!11

I walked up to the dealership and informed them I was paying cash. I wanted to get a test drive but was told NO! I asked for the price and they told me $62, 126.00. I’m aware that doesn’t include taxes or tags. So I offered $68,500 to cover taxes and tags. Apparently that wasn’t good enough. They wanted $70,571.00. I asked how did they come up with that total? That is when they came up with additional charges i wasn’t aware of. They claim ceramic coating , dealer fee, electronic filing, document processing etc. I’m aware if they can get me to use their bank they can make more money. But why add all these additional charges? I felt as if they weren’t up front and deceiving with the entire process.

All staff were very nice I picked out a car$4449.00 put money down on it call asked what the total cost was it was they yold me it was over $8000. Could not afford that
