Car was great, the owner was great and very helpful ,couldn’t make the deal happen because of the type loan process I went through with my bank. But the experience was a 10 out of 10

The sales person was terrible no knowledge and could not explain anything. Was fully ready do make purchase until sales person told me that the banks did not like my deal. No explanation or effort at all. Went to other dealer in Ocala and approved with no problem just don’t like color of vehicle. The sales person would go days without calling me or communicating at all. I have never seen a dealership treat a customer that way.

Cody was a big help I really appreciate him and his profession even though someone had got the car before me he was still willing to help me when I got there he also told me he will keep an eye out if they have a car similar to the one I was looking at so I give Cody five stars Plus for his service and I can't wait to meet him again with a card that I can get

Women who worked for the dealership lied about financing to get me there, but once there the same person was great. Did not buy because of the initial lie that got me there. Avoid the front of office people who will text call repeatedly and say anything to get you in the door. Just ignore them and go straight to the sales people on site if you wanna do business here and you will have a great experience I’m sure.

Plaza Lincoln is fabulous. They were very transparent, polite and easily gained our trust. They went out of their way to deliver a brand new loaner car to us while our newly purchased used car underwent promised cosmetic repairs. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.
