The overall staff was helpful, but the sales rep could have been more informative and engaging. Ultimately, the Mazda 3 we went to see was not in the best condition and definitely would have not been a good fit for my daughters first car. We did see other used inventory but was not what we were looking for. Upon leaving other staff members and management were extremely helpful and encouraged us to continue to check for updated inventory.

No stars at all … but I had to give one to post this! He took forever to get back with me and then told me I couldn’t get the vehicle that I was interested in . Poor service ! Learn to be more professional sir!

The sales staff was courteous and helpful, but the urge to sell to client is missing... the value offered for my Audi A4 was like a peanut... and their own Used Volvo as Gold... you offer a deal to client not a peanut to eat. . Atleast try to listen and try to negotiate on table, What customer is trying to ask you for.... Anyway. Staff was good ..but Selling Urge ..lot to be desired. And THIS I AM MENTIONING WITH MY OWN 23 YEARS OF AUTOMOBILE SALES EXPERIENCE... WHICH INCLUDES WORKING WITH AUDI, BMW, PORSCHE and owning my own USED CAR DEALERSHIP...

Very good dealer, maybe the best in Houston. I recommend if you want to get a good used vehicle.

Upon looking at the automobile, I found the air conditioning was not working. I asked the sales man to check in and see what he could do about it and get back with me. He said he would be in touch the next day. I have not heard from them since.
