The was listed as we arrived the told me it was sold 3days ago and even after it still listed as available

Confirmed vehicle was at the dealership 40 mins before arriving and once there was told they sold it to their service department. Then tried to upsell another vehicle.

Communication is poor. Took long time to find the car. Nice sales person, very polite but no follow up at all other than AI generated emails. Had to chase down answers to questions only to find car sold. Cars can sell fast, sure, but communication would have been appreciated.

They play games too much w your trade in value, finance dept will longevity the rate that you deserved, if you buy extended warranty they manipulate the price… not a good experience here except for the salesman Jacob and the vehicle that i purchased
