Volkswagen dealerships near me (Crystal Lake, IL)

Fox Valley knew how far we drove to be there, and was very helpful and informative and had the truck ready for viewing and test drive. Our salesman Andrew was very nice and had the Carfax and maintenance records already printed out. They were very transparent about the truck. We were very happy with our experience at Fox Valley. We hope other people have had the same treatment.

All my contact was over the phone but all were very helpful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

10 out of 10 experience go see Brock he will be sure you have the info you need and make sure your driving out of the dealership with what you want

Amazing to key points (:

Very cordial

Staff kept me informed and did a good job communicating.

I like that the salesman did not try to pressure me at all,

The staff was very friendly and helpful

VW was offering a very attractive lease terms and the dealership had one of the qualifying cars in stock. I explained what I was looking for and the dealership honored the lease deal as advertised. I know that shouldn't be shocking, but it was extremely refreshing to not be pressed for every penny they could get out of me. This is the 5th VW I have owned and this was by far the smoothest dealer experience.

Friendly, polite and very helpful.
