The experience at any Koons dealership is the same across the board. If you want a good selection, but the worst customer experience you will ever have, Koons is the place to go. From rude and pushy salesman, to management that could care less as long as they make a sale, Koons will not be outdone when it comes to treating customers rude and going the extra mile to make the experience a bad one.

Very good experience. Vehicle in ad wasn’t quite for me in person but sales person “Sally” was great. Highly recommend!

Two things. First thing… The Car Fax assessment did not match reality. I took my car to my trusted garage a day after purchasing and they found the right sway bar link was broken. This was an item on the Car Fax report that was listed as replaced. The sway bar links were replaced according to the car fax report, not just ‘checked’ like other things. But that was not the case here. There is photo evidence of the broken sway bar link. Everything else on my car checked out mechanically. Second thing, my gas tank was on empty and my tires were woefully low on air . The low air warning dinged just as i got off the lot and the low fuel warning minutes later. . I made it to a gas station and filled both but it would have been nicer for you to have at least filled the tires before I bought it. Also safer. Had my tire blown out on the way home this would be a very different review. But those are the two reasons for low scores. Sorry Ray. Hope you still get the bonus! You were awsome, BUTTT…

Seemed nice I am in maryland so I never drove out to do the test drive. Sales where helpful when I talked to them

The staff are helpful, cooperative and very professional.

Car was a complete dump all motor mounts neeeded fixing engine was smoking after running the car for a while. It’s a shame this car was even listed at 8 thousand car is worth minimum 4 thousand lots of work needed.
