They scheduled me from far (2.5 hour drive) and didn’t bother to give me a call after selling the car before hand. They have the right to sell but if I was scheduled I deserved a courtesy call.

Awful communication and customer service. I requested a video of the vehicle and was told it would be sent, but after waiting three days I had to call the dealership to follow up. I was then told they needed to check with a manager before sending it. When someone finally contacted me, they began asking personal questions about where my down payment would come from, which felt unnecessary. I did eventually receive a video, but it was only a quick 48-second clip that barely showed the vehicle. Overall, the experience was confusing and disappointing.
