It was a good experience

I found the exact car I was looking for at Strong VW. I’m in California so as soon as I expressed interest they went out and took a comprehensive video of the interior and exterior of the car and sent it to me. They provided me with an “out the door” price that was acceptable and I placed a deposit to hold the car. I made arrangements to fly to Salt Lake City in a couple of days. and I was picked up at the airport by the dealership in the car I was purchasing. It was exactly as described and I was on my way back to California in a short time.

My experience was really good but didn't drive the car of the lot

I spoke the salesman (wil) I think was his name, I send the pictures of my truck on Friday afternoon, so he told me he would be in touch with me first thing Saturday morning, he never called me back, I finally got in touch with him late that evening and he sold it to someone else, I ask him why did you not call me first and his responds was that I never made a down payment . I will NOT EVER call on you guys again and PLEASE do LIKE wise. A PISS POOR DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!!

Simon did an exceptional job and the truck that I bought was better than I expected. I did pay a bit more money for it than I felt I should have considering it had a salvage title, but the truck was in very good condition so the salvage title wasn’t such a deterrent. Only when I go to sell it (which I don’t intend to)
