Actually, this dealer did NOT contact me. Since I did not hear back after a few days, I drove over to the dealership in the car that had been stolen from me recently. (The reason I was shopping for a new vehicle)The salesman took one look at my car and completely ignored me as I walked his lot. I get it, it's not pretty, it came back to me in horrid shape, but again- this is why I was shopping to begin with. When I tried to speak to him TWICE, he was so engrossed in his cell phone that he did not respond or even look up as he leaned on the building. I was on this lot approximately 15/20 minutes with enough cash on hand to purchase anything he had to sell. Not once did anybody address me and I was within 5 feet of the guy multiple times. RUDE and unprofessional is an understatement. I will not go back, nor will I refer anybody to this dealership. I found a beautiful truck elsewhere and absolutely love it, and the gentlemen that got the sale were absolutely amazing!

I had inquired about the Lexus GS350 in their inventory, which I was interested in, but it had already been sold. The salesman contacted me, and I told them about the exact car I was looking for. They will notify me if they get another in the inventory.

My Sales person Troy, my sales consultant was very well versed on product knowledge, had a way of communicating that was polite and courteous of my search, and was extremely professional about his conduct. I appreciate the way these guys do business! Thank you for a wonderful experience. -Eric

I contacted the seller with a question. It was not answered. I contacted the seller again and repeated the question. His response was that he had not received the first email. However, my question was still not answered. I am no longer interested in doing business with him!
