From the first "Request More Information" tab/email, to following through on all the questions asked, they were all on point. Nick Chung with sales and Ceja Baltazar with financing make a great powerful combo to get things done. Returning emails and phone calls promptly is something quite unique now a days, BUT, these guys are definitely on it and doing it. Even sending a full video of the vehicle from the inside and outside is something that no one does, but Nick did it! The test drive, the paperwork, the financing, it all went very smoothly. This is what happens when you have professionals working for you and with you. Totally and completely an AWESOME experience! Will definitely be returning to Crevier BMW for my next vehicle purchase.
