I was drawn in by an online ad for a specific car at a great price. I emailed to confirm availability and received a written reply saying the car was there. I then called the manager who sent the email, and he personally confirmed the vehicle was available and encouraged me to come in. I drove over an hour expecting to see exactly what I was promised. Instead, they showed me a completely different vehicle — wrong color, lower trim, and clearly not the one advertised. When I pointed out their own ad, they brushed it off as a “mistake.” From a customer’s perspective, this experience felt extremely misleading and careless, especially after multiple confirmations. This approach shows a lack of respect for customers’ time and trust. I truly wish someone had warned me beforehand — it would have saved me a long drive and a lot of frustration. As a result of this experience, I have no confidence in this dealership and will not be returning.

Brandon Q. Was a great to meet with along with Alan. But the GM Asad, was something else. Very arrogant and did not want to talk about deals or trying to make the customer happy. He also said he would call me back with some different numbers. Never called back or anyone else there. Too bad for the dealership I had a double digit down payment ready but they weren’t ready to work a deal. Wouldn’t go there if you do avoid the GM.

Dude was super rude I was trying to work out a deal with him. He said “I don’t lower the price I only rise the price” ie I offered $3,500 he raised the price to $5,000. Vehicle is sold as is , you ask for any repairs or diagnoses it will be at your cost. Not a nice guy at all, horrible customer service. Don’t recommend this dealership at all. If he comes at me about this review , I’m not lying this is the truth.
