Maybe I should rate them higher. The only problem I didn't notice at first was, they were closed at the day I sent my inquiry. Nothing was wrong with it. Maybe, I mean if it’s possible, they shall consider to open to the business on Saturdays and Sundays longer in the future.

negative experience. i was outright decieved about the condition of the vehicle. the blotches, scratches & blemishes was photoShop & rear spoiler was 1/4 detached from trunk.

I contacted Premium Autos Inc because I was ready to make a purchase and simply needed a few documents to finalize my decision. The person I spoke with initially told me someone would be in touch, but I never received a follow-up. The next day, I called again and spoke with a woman who told me, in a rude tone, that it was Saturday and they were not open yet, even though it was around 9:00 a.m. I requested the same documents again and once more received no response. After reading several reviews that reflected similar experiences, I decided to stop pursuing this company and ultimately purchased through another dealer who was responsive and transparent. I value professionalism, communication, and courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience with Premium Autos Inc did not reflect those qualities.

They responded in a timely manner

5 minutes before after driving 45 minutes to see a car that was confirm with phone calls and texts, I was told it was not at the location yet and that it would be another 45 minute. I was very disappointed.
