Toyota dealerships near me (Yonkers, NY)

My experience was not so good… could not get straight answers … also car was presented to me dirty … I would not recommend this dealership to anyone … lacks professionalism in appearance and knowledgeable sales person …

Everything went smoothly. I didn’t end up getting the car I wanted though because it was sold and when I tried to keep communicating with them about other options/updates they stopped communicating with me!

I found this truck on multiple websites. I made an appointment Friday afternoon to see the truck at the dealership for Saturday afternoon. I was able to come into the dealership earlier so I texted the dealership, and they said no problem for me coming down. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. Sat down with a sales rep. He went to get the keys. He came back and told me the truck had been sold, but was quick to offer another truck. Bait and switch. I would not give this dealership my business if the relationship is starting out like that. Beware!

Deal has a car with 3000 miles on it but tells you that the passenger window doesn't work That's crazy

Dahian was very knowledgeable and explained the vehicles features. Car is advertised as gold certified which actually is an added cost. A good experience overall.

Communications were horrendous. First, you end up dealing with A.I. nonsense that does not accurately receive or respond to my communications with actual staff members. Second, when I called and a real person finally answered the phone she projected the warmth of an iceberg. When finally transferred to a salesperson that individual was blunt, inhospitable, and acted like he couldn’t care less about helping me buy a vehicle. I could not imagine being the owner and investing such huge capital to run such a business and having employees turn potential customers away with in this manner.
