They made. the process to purchase easy and we’re very helpful with everything.

Went to see vehicle before they 1hr before they closed Tuesdaynight. Arrived at the dealership told them I wanted the car and would be back in the morning. Made the appointment for 11am Wednesday arrived on-time at 10:30 had to wait because vehicle was on a test drive. Was told to sit and wait for another 1hr to the be told the car was sold. I was told its first come first serve but if I was there the night before and made it to my appointment wouldn't that make me first!!

We made a cash deal with them to buy this car. Filled out paperwork, the next day they were supposed to deliver the car, we called and they said oh sorry we sold that car to another dealership! What????

The young lady who helped us was fabulous, don't lose her.

Mary seemed uninterested and didn't even introduce herself to us. Just said she was running late and will go get the key. Little to no interaction in the vehicle or at her desk. The sales manager however was amazing and gave us a different experience. Actually felt like a customer at that point and not like a person trying to waste time. I purchased a more expensive vehicle somewhere else and am happy with my experience and product. Again the sales manager, a gentleman a cannot remember, was exemplary l. Mary was not and seemed uninterested it getting a sale.
