Toyota dealerships near me (Stafford, VA)

The people there treated me well. But, What I did not like was being denied a request to have two tires replaced and when I got the vehicle home, I found a disgusting mess behind the third row seats. They promised me a replacement piece of seat trim I never got. I also assumed that since this was what I thought was a reputable Dealer, they would have done a better job detailing it. I honestly would not recommend buying from them.

My experience was very professional. I enjoyed talking to the salesman. He was prompt, he called me keeping keeping in touch and keeping me informed. My problem was I have a car that I want to trade in and I thought I would get more for it. If I sold it outright so I didn't bring it in for the trade in I will be back later after I sell my car.

Jose was very easy to work with. The vehicle was in great shape as pictured! Runs smooth. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Toyota of Woodbridge to other buyers.

Great service by Edwin and the manager. Answered all questions in person and emailed. I chose to purchase another vehicle but would go there again when shopping for a new one.

They just tell you lie make you go all the way to the dealership and don’t have the vehicle that you’re looking for they will offer you different trim and model

Everything was first class; great salesman, attentive, answered questions to the extent he could, provided a carmax without asking, accompanied me on a test drive, sales manager called n would have been a bit flexible on the price. Ultimately,I decided the Honda EX was just not the model and trim that I want.

Picking the truck up tomorrow

I only received 1 key. They were supposed to get the 2nd key.

Tried to connect with this dealership twice through the Cars Guru app listing and never got a response.
