Went to look at this vehicle & it wasn’t in the lot, so I emailed them twice & never heard back!!!

Got back to me quickly on availability of the car. Followed up on setting up an appointment

Right from the start talking to Bridget she followed up and got me the information I needed , when we arrived at the dealership , we were greeted by a salesman , William C. who helped us with getting a deal we could afford, he even went on the test drive with us , as we did not know the area, he made the deal and purchase of the truck, much more pleasant, and Scotty did the final step for us A+++++ dealership

We were not able to settle on a car, my fault, not theirs. Sales person reached out if they find the car I’m looking for I will purchase.

I bought the Rav4 Hybrid XLE Premium from them, it was in excellent condition and the staff was super helpful and made my purchase experience easy.

Really bad communication skills, I am still waiting for this dealership to finish the whole registration process for my newly purchased vehicle and I can't get a hold of anyone there

When I went to my appointment I was pass from salesperson to salesperson.Finally ended up with Leidi As she was helping us she answer her phone.She didn't not give us the respect to say excuse me I need to answer this call.She didn't explain until after the call.When we went to test drive the this car it was on empty.The dealer should make sure gas is in their vehicles..
