Talked them down to a price that worked for both of us and bought it. Car was immaculate 26000 miles and not a mark on it inside or outside. Car is like brand new. Love the car love the experience at Jaffarian I would certainly buy another vehicle from them and I will highly recommend them to family and friends. And I found the vehicle using carguru it a great app to have.

Still negotiating

I had a very pleasant experience with McGee Toyota in Epping! NH, Once I expressed interest in it the Jeep through the app, I had a digital packet from them in my email with all the info I needed to fall even more in love with her. A couple days later, I drove to McGee from Maine and immediately upon exiting my vehicle, I was welcomed by Kinsley and made to feel like one of the family. We not only discussed the purchase of my new Jeep, we chatted about our families and joked about tattoos. I then met with the sales manager, Jason who also proved to be very kind and helpful. This dealership is the package deal and I highly recommend them!

Got back right away

Terrible communication skills when I spoke with someone there. I was very upset that he said they don't take a deposit and I knew that wasn't true. He was very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Good staff, just wasn’t the car for me

I felt like we were the victim of a bait and switch scam. We went to see a specific car and when we arrived we were told the car was sold The car was still being advertised 3 days later. The sales person just didn't listen to us. We came to buy the used Toyota Camry. He asked if we wanted a vw!

We had a great experience with our sales person, Tim. He was pleasant, respectful of our choices with regards to extras, a responsive communicator, and not the stereotypical pushy sales person. Other staff members not so much; utilizing strong arm tactics, not-so-thinly clad verbal insults, and admonishment when we wouldn't buy in to those notorious expensive extras they try to nail you on when you are signing the paperwork. On a more optimistic note, the vehicle was below market value and they where able to get us an excellent loan rate.

At first we were told the truck was sold but the manager emailed me a said it was still available. Overall the place was super busy and we still felt like we were dealt with in a timely manner. The salesman we dealt with was very good! Finance was fantastic. We live out of state and the truck was delivered to us no charge. The truck was actually priced higher than on CarGurus and they gave us the discount. Overall great experience.

I wasn’t able to make it in to the dealership due to a health emergency limiting my time available (the dealership was about 5 hours away) but the comms and staff helpfulness was impressive. They made a great 1st impression.
