Toyota dealerships near me (New Port Richey, FL)

I was not happy at all. The sales rep was playing games and not listening to me. I gave him an exact dollar amount I was willing to spend. He claimed he discounted the vehicle by 3,000 dollars but the price never changed. and he would never answer the question " what was the interest rate". Plus they were over priced on the truck and under valued my trade. I would never deal with them again. typical used car salesman.

Couldn't tell you anything about the vehicle because I couldn't get a straight answer for even the most basic questions. Like availability of the vehicle or if the price listed was for the vehicle pictured (I didn't even attempt to negotiate or dive deeper into pricing I just wanted a simple yes or no answer and if the vehicle was available). Never got an answer just repeated emails asking if I wanted to come in.

Everything was great until I bought the car. After that, it felt like I was just tossed aside and treated like I didn’t matter. There were too many promises that weren’t kept. The managers were awesome, but the salesman and the finance guy rushed us through the process and didn’t give us the attention we deserved.

Terrible experience. We live out of the country in the winter months which I told the staff from the beginning but I could do a wire to pay. No mention of that being a problem. Then over several days I was passed around to four different people and left with no response some times for more than a day. Finically I was told that I had to come in to sign. That wasn’t possible st this time so I dropped the deal. Now they keep sending me messages about other cars! I’ll never buy a car from this dealership!

The car was advertised as new when in reality it had over 4,000 miles on it.

Great experience

One of the easiest car buying experiences ever. Price was transparent, deal was good and only spent 3 hours at the dealership start to finish.

The sales personnel, manager and salesman, tricked me in the price of both vehicles. The trade in and the purchase. The limited was listed for $43,257. The end price $46000, taxes included. Trade TRD Sport, offered $33400, from $33800. Ended at $31,300. Dealer insisted that $2000 were offered as Tax break; which they did not mention previously. My lost for not checking the contract's numbers at the end. My total loss was $2800. After talking to the sales-manager, he still insisted that I was informed that the $2000, were going to be part of the taxes. NEVER discussed with the salesman, or the sales manager. My rebuttal Emailed to the agency's general manager was never answered. Tricky business if documents are pushed through your face. No store transparency and honesty shown.

Slow reply and the vehicle was sold even after the test drive schedule was settled. Glad I didn’t book the flight ticket
