Toyota dealerships near me (Moorpark, CA)

Had told them that I was traveling down 5 hours, got there and car was not ready. They said it was going to be ready on Friday and this was Sunday. They said vehicle had had the Toyota inspection, but car was trash. Shocks were bad, door panels caving in, tires were cracked and defining safe. Would not recommend buying from this dealer.

The staff was super kind and very informative. Unfortunately, we decided to wait on the purchase and evaluate what is the correct vehicle. They were understanding and helpful. I am very willing to go back to Northridge Toyota when I am ready to buy.

They ghosted me when I asked for pictures of said car.

Tried to make my deal over the phone and thru messaging. I live about an hour and 20 min away. Once I thought my deal was set on a price I told them I had to wait tell Saturday to pick up the car. The person I was dealing with made me feel neglected and unimportant during our interaction. I was told that if I made a deposit which I was more then happy to make, they would hold the car for me. I told them I was moving things around to show up on Friday instead of Saturday and I was happy to make the deposit to hold my vehicle. I was told they would send me a link thru email to make that deposit but I never received it. It took 4 hours later to receive a response from the person I was dealing with just to tell me sorry they sold my vehicle. I made a deal a day prior and they sold it to another. This was the worst experience I ever delt with in car shopping. Me as a customer, trusted my interaction with the sells person, I believed they were helping me, but I felt lied to and deceived.

The staff was ok the vehicle that was shown to me was dirty inside and out the car had scratches on the driver side of vehicles do a accident which staff was not aware of, I didn’t buy the car because the price came out to more the the value of the vehicle
