Misrepresentation of price. There was an additional charge of $1,995 + $695.

The service was fast and the customer service was excellent. The only fault was that the features listed about the vehicle that I bought was not quite accurate.

pluThese people are con men. they advertise a price whic confuses the buyer, because the price has an add on of $1995 plus afurther $695 in dealer's fees. Steer clear of these con-men!

Horrible communication & overall experience. I called multiple times & was repeatedly told a salesperson would call me back 30 mins ,no one ever did. When we went in person, the car had to be jumped to test drive it. It was obvious it hadn’t been driven in a while. After the test drive, we were left waiting while 2–3 different reps. came to speak with us about the same vehicle. I requested the inspection report several times. When they finally provided it, it was dated June 2025. While discussing issues, we went back to check it again&the vehicle started malfunctioning. It shut off, the lights flickered on and off&I even saw the check engine light come on. They said the battery “needed to be replaced” and that it would take 30–40 minutes. We ended up waiting about two hours. During that time, they claimed they were “aggressively negotiating” the price with the GM, but they never moved on the price at all. To make matters worse, if we did not finance with them the car is $10k more!

Felt like a bait and switch. CarGurus gave a price of 30k for a Camry for the New Rochelle location. The Salesman for the same car tells me 33k lol. The 0% apr lease for 36 months with option to buy did not make sense numbers wise and when I repeatedly asked questions about it. I was turned over to the sales manager Eric, who had a real attitude problem. Sighing and rolling his eyes and being condescending. It was Saturday and maybe they wanted to get out of there quickly. The atmosphere in there was a bit odd and people didn’t seem really friendly. It’s a big purchase and commitment buying a new car. And they seemed upset for me doing math and asking for cost breakdowns. They almost had me and I was really going to buy a new car. I’m just going to keep driving my old car and save money until I have it all in cash. So, I don’t have to deal with people like Eric ever again. Buyers beware at the location. Do your math and research. They will try and manipulate numbers on you.
