Great salesman and smooth process in finance, great experience

Thinks their customers are dumb enough to spend almost $3,000 for a detail, and cheap “ceramic” coating. The just put it on the bill of sale and acted like it was normal. Purchased a vehicle the next day from a Mercedes dealer and they laughed when I asked if they have any extra fees for detail and coating. When I picked it up, the car was spotless and coated for free. Crazy to me that dealerships still try to do this.

Great experience, at the end of the day, it was not quite the car I wanted. But they made a good deal.

I contacted Toyota of Richardson on 3/24/2026 about a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Limited. I asked the salesman, Ghaieth, for the full out‑the‑door price and the Carfax so I could compare a couple of trucks before making the drive. He refused to provide either one and insisted I had to come into the dealership “to talk numbers.” His communication was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking transparency. He acted as if the truck was the best‑priced in town and avoided sending basic information that every serious buyer needs. If a dealership won’t share an OTD price or a Carfax, it raises the question of what they’re trying to hide. This experience felt like classic pressure tactics to get customers on the lot and push them into overpriced vehicles. I chose not to move forward with them. If I could give zero stars, I would. Since I can’t, I’m giving 1 star overall.

I rented a car &drove 6hrs to get a car that these pep sold 45mins b4 I arrived & the car was still there when they closed. I had my own financing &had the car added to my insurance already.They did not have any remorse bout any of my expenses for this rental and drive or the car I wasn’t able 2get!even after all this I still almost bought another car from them & they kept me there til 9:30pm only to say I’d need another grand down.so I went from 1g to 2g to 3GS down.and nothing off price for their mess up with selling the car I had already signed for & came 2get.RUDE!! Inconsiderate!! Overpriced!! Time wasting “used car sells men”!!! Go 2 a different car lot!!! There are 100 back 2back both ways from this lot!!

This the second review I’ve done since I bought my car. I mentioned all the people in my first review who help with my purchase, but I did feel the need to say how good Caleb was even after I bought. He helped me set up my service visit and very helpful coordinating a time for me with my schedule. He was flexible to accommodate my needs and was a professional thru and thru. I would recommend this dealership and hold Caleb in high regard.
