I was told that this vehicle is not even on their lot - in fact, it hasn’t even been built yet! So apparently they’ll lie about current inventory. Since ANY dealer can take a build order, this dealership is utterly worthless.

If you send them a message they will definitely respond. You will get 10 different responses from 5 different people, none of which are in communication with each other. Couldn’t get some simple pictures sent to me. Sold the car as I was about to go look at it so never made it in person. Overall feeling I got wasn’t great.

I purchased a car from AutoNation in Libertyville IL. Dimitri was quick with his responses and easy to work with. I was extremely pleased with how easy it was to purchase with them when I live out of state. I will consider going back when I am looking to purchase another car.

I decided to drive five hours away with a check since dealer is a Toyota dealership and I was also conscious about the car if it’s junk I will not buy. Sure enough the car needs everything maintenance wise. Since the car looks like it was sitting for a very long time after it got rear ended, it needs more than just brake pads that were replaced among other things like calipers and struts. Especially for the asking price. Service was horrible experience. No wonder the sales person didn’t show up and had someone else assist me at the dealership. Don sure has to fire the person who buys his used cars. Thanks Don.

Salesperson said come on down. I went and car not there, it was out for safety inspection. That's ridiculous, car shouldn't be on web unless it's ready to sell

I received a phone call from this dealership about RAV4 Limited 2023. She stated they got one just arrived (gas model) and a hybrid (bout 2 weeks out) that I can placed a deposit. We agreed on the price, I asked if they are doing MSRP for both vehicles and she said yes. She sent over 2 invoices and we made an appointment that same day. I arrived at the dealership and specifically asked for her. They said she don’t work here, she only does internet sales. I had to sit down with another sales person and had to explain why I am here and what I’m here to see. Already wasted my time because everything was said over the phone and I was not aware I’ll be speaking to somebody else. After all that explanation, now they said the vehicle I am here to see (the gas model) is not ready. They said 1-2 hours. What am I suppose to do for 1-2 hours. They offered to show me a used RAV4 lol. The sales manager finally said, if I want the hybrid I have to pay $4995 on top of msrp. Pauly Toyota suck.
