Toyota dealerships near me (Foothill Ranch, CA)

I did not have any real problems when purchasing the car but I noticed a few things were left out or not mentioned. First off I was never given a wheel key and there was no mention that there not a spare tire in the trunk. Then trying to reach out the dealership about this has been struggle. It seems once you sold me the car you just have stoped responding to me in a timely matter. This process does not end after the car is sold. I am still doing research to see if the warranties you sold me were of good value. That is to be determined but I have been in contact with the finance rep about reviewing and possible canceling them and he has been respnv If the sales rep is to busy to focus on customer who have already purchased a car then another POC should be provided.

Wasn’t upfront, did not let me know they had saved for someone at the dealer, no communication, updates or transparency. Extremely unprofessional not what I expected from Toyota Update. I asked for information, for photos and didn’t receive any. I was told that they would send me more info along with photos and didn’t receive any updates, call or text

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I drove over 4 hours only to be told upon arrival that the vehicle had already been sold. They offered me a good price on other vehicles. In reality, they were just trying to manipulate the price of a vehicle I was interested in, ultimately trying to sell it for a much higher price than the one they had initially offered. The salesperson was very friendly, but their supervisor or manager treated me as if I didn't understand numbers. It would have been better to simply say that the vehicle was no longer for sale, but even two hours before I arrived, they assured me that they still had it. These practices are very common to attract customers. MUY MALA EXPERIECIA. MANEJE MAS DE 4 HORAS SOLO PARA DECIRME AL LLEGAR QUE EL VEHICULO LO HABIAN VENDIDO. Advertised a car, didn’t let us test drive it. Then lied and said it was sold but had others, aka trying to sell a new car which isn’t what we were there for. Car still online showing available

The internet sale manager after telling me the car was available They ran my credit 4 times hard inquiry, I had to call them and ask them what happened with my finance, I have 730 credit score Just for them to tell me that someone else bought the car, bunch of liers
