The greed is rooted too far in the dealership's culture . Had all document and financing ready with an appointment to pick up the car. The manager forced the sales agent to give up the keys so he can sell it for more than what we had agreed on. Really cheap !!

In 2021, I bought a Kia Sportsge 2021. It was a good car until I got a totaled accident. I returned to this dealership as a returning-customer but the way they treated me like trash. They refused to help me to get extended warranty refund, they told me at the end of the day that the car that I would like to test drive was sold but clearly, it was still on the lot, on the CarGurus, Cars.com, or any website selling car. And be careful with the tire because they installed 4 different type of tires.

I was unable to buy the truck but the staff was very helpful and friendly

Easy to work with

Buying used is much more difficult than new you have to by what’s out there . When I found this truck on line called to verify it’s there . Then drive 4.5 hours one way to purchase it. Dealer was straight up . I would by there again.
