Absolute worst dealership I’ve ever been to they had a $7000 car on the website when I got there they said it hadn’t been cleaned and the website is just what they bought the car from the other person for and the actual price of the car was gonna be $12,500.

Terrible, I was lied straight to my face multiple times during the buying process, they told me that 7k was too low to finance, never heard of such a thing.

I will call Amari today. No problem with the dealer. My bank has a problem. I will call you today. Ms Amari is very helpful.

The old bait and switch online. Probably a decent organization but listed a through Cargurus that was already sold. Very easy in today’s environment to remove it with the touch of a button and not waste my time.

Worst experience of car buying. Different people will tell you different price on the same car. Worst is that they inflate the price of cars by adding unwanted items. They tell you Toyota vehicles are RARE. For gods sake it's a depreciating asset. Stop these old schools tricks in the world of AI.

The time I spoke with my dealer was an excellent time, for he answered all my questions and tried his hardest to get me to come in.

Car was listed on the website and I made an appointment to test drive it. Confirmed vehicle was still available and when I got there the salesman I was to meet never came out. I was then told that the car that they were advertising had not passed inspection, so it was not available. Not sure why they would show a vehicle that couldn’t be bought, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.
