Jomar was great and extremely attentive to my needs and financial abilities.

I made a purchase and everything was handled online. They even took the trade without even seeing it in person. They delivered the vehicle 5 hours to my home and took the trade back with them.

Ran my credit with multiple banks even after telling them i was pre approved with Capital One. And also was paying 90% of the vehicles cash. And told them Capital One said they didn’t have to run my credit with multiple banks because they can pull up my pre approval with Capital One since they work with them. Ding my credit with 15 points even after telling them not to run it. Horrible.

I did not go look at this vehicle, but talked to them on the phone and determined that it was not quite what I was looking for. They were very helpful and courteous.

This dealership had around $4k in Dealer Addons that were not included in the advertised price. A $2k reconditioning fee which they did waive immediately and $2k for LoJack which I also refused. The dealer made an offer to sell at advertised price which was about $30k on a Tundra with a $25k trade-in value. I offered $28k as my best offer. At first I was told they do not negotiate on advertised price and they wished me luck on my search. The next day they offered me $29k. The pictures on the website were not good. Only a handful of the exterior and the truck was dirty. I think they took the pictures right after they traded for it. I asked for new pictures showing all parts of the truck and never received them. I asked for a walk around video of the truck but it was very short and hazy and the truck was still dirty. I asked for a complete itemized out the door quote sent to me via email and I got a screenshot of a basic workup. Salesman was terrible overall. Do not recommend.
