If you purchase here, you better have an entire day to devote to the process. We had the car picked out quickly and our own financing secured. It still took 4.5 hours to complete the process. The salesman was good, but the Finance guy clearly did not know what he was doing. Kept asking us to sign blank forms which we refused. Would not provide us with any warranty paperwork in writing. Made us re-write the check due to a $1.00 discrepancy that he created. I would not recommend going here. When I'm ready to buy my next vehicle, I'll pay a little more and go somewhere else!

Jordan and Matt were absolutely amazing to work with. We handled the entire process over the phone, as I live 6 hours away. They took dozens of pictures, communicated with my wife and I and patiently answered all of our questions. Got through financing in less than 2 hours. Even after the sales, days later, Matt and Jordan followed up and helped get the car transported out here; following up again after it was delivered. Excellence, honesty and follow through even well after the sale was completed.

Dealership failed to tell me the car had a manufacture paint defect recall currently still active and refused to process the warranty; the key was broken and did not fix it, the windshield wipers were wore down to metal and made a huge scratch on the windshield. I was told by the salesman they did not make much of a profit from this sale so they would not assist in these issues. For these reasons I do not recommend this dealership. Another dealership was happy to step in and help with the active warranty to get the paint fixed and said it was unprofessional how Stevenson East handled all of these issues with the car they sold me

Ramon was incredibly helpful throughout my experience. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly the vehicle I had been looking for. I truly appreciate his assistance and couldn’t be more grateful for his support.

Amazing work done by the staff and finance manager, as well as the vehicle itself was overall a perfect process. Highly recommended!

When I first contacted the dealership about the vehicle I was interested in they said it was sold. They gave me other recommendations but I wasn’t interested. The vehicle I originally inquired about has been and is still posted for sale. I reached out to them again to see if it was sold or not. I didn’t receive a response from them. They don’t seem interested in updating their inventory or providing decent customer service. I won’t be looking or purchasing vehicles from this dealership.
