This guys won't haggle. Really lame. I offered them a price for a car on a Thursday, they refused to budge. I picked up what I was looking for at a better price over the weekend from a private seller. This dealership messages me on Monday telling me they lowered the price to what I offered since it didn't sell over the weekend. Too bad, your loss. Next time know your customer base.

Wow what a joke twice I stopped by to look for an suv and both times No One greeted us I walked the entire lot of used cars walked by 3 men on there cell phones and another just walked by said nothing. The first time was later in the day around 7 the 2 time was around 2 even checked in at the customer service desk and asked where the used cars were. So on the customer service side not so good.

high end car lot not hurting for business and the staff certainly gave off that vibe which isn't a good thing it felt like " your either going to by it or some one else will " so they're not pushy but they don't give you that welcoming yes we want to help you feeling.

Salesman knew very little about the truck I was looking at. I wanted to see the results of the inspection performed by your mechanic but it wasn't available at the time. The salesman promised to email me when he received the results.........he never got back to me.

Waste of time! We went to AutoNation Toyota on Arapahoe road after receiving an email to come in and a representative/salesman would help me take a look at the car we were interested My son and I went in that day paged the salesman wait a few minutes and were greeted by him. The salesman went back to look for the key, he took my ID and have me sign a page. He said it was on a test drive and just told us where the bathroom was and that there were drinks in back even though we didn’t ask. He said he would be back then went over and introduce himself to someone else. He never showed us any cars for sale and after 20 minutes we left. So rude! We didn’t even end up looking at one car. I should have just walked in and asked for anyone who could actually help us look at cars. We gave the paper I signed to the ladies upfront and told them never mind. We will be going somewhere I get an email that night saying that the car was sold earlier that morning even though we went afternoon?

I drove 2 hours to this dealership with cash in hand and couldn't find a salesman to show me the vehicle. The reception girl was eating chips and just looked at me strange and acted annoyed when i walked up to her desk. After a few akward seconds I explained to her that a salesman instructed me to ask her to designate me a salesman. She then continued to eat her chips. A few minutes later, a man walked up to her and asked why I was standing there and I told him what car I'd like to look at and buy. He asked if i had the stock number. I showed him the ad on my phone and he said that he didn't know if the car was available. I asked him if he could look into it. The reception girl continued to look annoyed and slowly chewed on her chips. The man walked to the other side of the room, talked to no one, walked back and told me that he was pretty sure the car was not available. He told me i could walk around the lot and call the dealership if there was anything else that i wanted to look at.

Worst experience on here so far. Told me had the car, but then it sold, but then it didn't. Finally they realized two different cars. Then the car they did have didn't even have initial inspection after all . Weirdest part is, quoted me lower price on email than the site, but then raised the price again stating they constantly adjust for market. Only dealer on cargurus that I got alerts from stating price was going up! Such a maddening experience.

The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered with this dealership. I will never and my company will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership as a result of my experience with two of their team - Brandy and Misha. I came to an agreement on a 2019 Toyota Tundra 1794 with Brandy on Wednesday 12/19. I would have come in to finalize the purchase on Thursday 12/20, however Brandy was off so we made an appointment for Friday 12/21 (to accommodate Brandy's schedule, not mine). On Friday 12/21 morning, I received an email from Brandy stating that they sold the truck on the prior day, Thursday 12/20. I called the dealership to ask why they had been so unprofessional here. Misha answered and instead of trying to rectify the situation, he instead insinuated it was my fault for not putting down a deposit or anything similar. The fact is that I had the check prepared and the only reason I did not come in sooner than Friday 12/21 was to accommodate Brandy's schedu

This car was full of hail damage. They were not pushy which was a plus. When I went to dealership not one person approached me but several were standing around. Was probably for the best I really didn’t find anything of interest.

I was searching on cargurus and this dealership advertised the mileage of one of their cars as about 15,000 miles less than the actual mileage. This skewed the carguru valuation so I thought the dealership was being misleading.

I drove from Brighton down to Centennial. I was early and informed the front desk that I knew I was early as I didn't know how long it would take driving so far. I delt with a very rude salesman. The car had not even been through the service in take or through detailing yet. He told me that if we made a deal it might be ready on Friday. I am not sure why the list cars that you can't even take home. After informing him I had a trade in he came back giving me a piece of paper with what the kelly blue book says they can offer me. He said we can't do better than this. I told him a different dealership offered me almost $4,000 more for my trade. He replied "We sell 800 cars a month. We don't haggle. We don't have time for that." Wished I had read the reviews before going all the way down there. I won't recommend this dealership at all.

Not the best experience - there was no indication in the information about the car that it had pretty heavy hail damage on the hood and roof. The salesman was honest and let us know before we went to look at the vehicle. We decided we did not want to purchase a car with damage.

Made an appointment to drive it at 9, when I got their the van was in the back lot with a dead battery. We jumped the van, which was filthy and still had dog toys and soda straws from the previous owner, and got ready for our drive. The windshield was cracked, their was a grinding noise coming from the passenger side front end, and the DVD seemed to be non-functional. Additionally the van has 5,000 more miles than advertised (15%)... Every one of these items was mentioned to my salesperson, and the answers I got were: "...we sell 800 vehicles a month, so we don't clean them before purchase.." "...it will be fixed within 3 days of purchase..." Which brings us to the last fail, the fact your customers have to wait 3 days to drive off with the used car they purchase.

Not a great experience. Tried to add a bunch of add on costs last minute on a 4Runner. We eventually got those take off but left a bad taste in our mouth so we went to A different dealer and they matched the price and went the extra mile for us.

Responsiveness was okay, but had some issues where the ball was dropped when trying to arrange purchase for the vehicle. They ended up selling the vehicle a few days after I reached out, had they called us back, it would of been sold to us. We bought the same vehicle from them in another color, and they gave us a great price for the vehicle due to the issues. So all in all it worked out well.

I am just in the 'gathering info' phase. Yes, the dealer got back immediately and this vehicle along with two others are still under consideration in our household. We don't like to be pushed, and I really do not want any more phone calls. We intend to take a drive down down to see some vehicles after my surgery on 10/18 and, hopefully, the vehicles we want to see, talk about and consider still will be around OR we'll have to see what else is around at that time. The dealer has been considerate of our wishes and gave us the info we needed for now. Thank you.

Overall mediocre experience of working with this particular dealer. Disappointed in paying more than expected, more than agreed to with the dealer originally, and not receiving impeccable service - no floor mats present, no 2nd set of keys, cracked windshield not replaced as promised before car purchased, etc.

No stars is what they should get. The first sales rep when we stopped at the dealer didn't have time for us and told us to come back when we decided what vehicle we wanted. Upon a return trip because we knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and they had it on their lot the sales managers was aloof and candidly not someone we wanted to work with. We went to Mountain states and bought a $50k vehicle - Mount states was fantastic!

ought a new car from this AutoNation and I would say the overall the experience was good. They do have fixed pricing which is great but unfortunately they still throw in the stressful close by going back and forth to wheel and deal with interest rates. After we settled on a price everything was smooth sailing form there. Customer service was excellent on all parts throughout the whole process.

Not very impressed... Salesperson was not very patient and wanted me to stop there ASAP. I explained to him that I was in an open chapter 13 and it may take some time. He insisted that I still make the trip... After I drove to the dealership to meet with him, he left to go to the restroom, sent his manager over to me, just to tell me that they couldn't finance me in my current situation. Total waste if time and lack of respect.

Maybe a half dozen different individuals reached out to me regarding the same 1 request. Some may see that as efficient, but it tells me that there is poor internal communication. Not one of half dozen people I spoke with could tell me anything about the car, which is really the point of speaking with someone about buying a car... Car had clearly been wrecked and very poorly repaired, which attests to the condition of the vehicles taken in. On the plus side, no one had to be dishonest about the condition of the car since no one knew anything about it. I've also received more than a handful of emails telling me to "rate my experience." I was going to ignore the requests as I didn't care, but since I got a half dozen- here you are folks.

These guys were great to work with. I actually purchased a car and then had to back out of the sale (not their fault). They were wonderful about it. Didn't give me any trouble. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because they added on some steep fees to the price I expected to pay and didn't negotiate away from them. I think 20% in fees is a bit overboard ($4500 car, $900 in fees).

I give this dealer zero stars. We called at 7:30 pm about a van on their lot that was a semi-good deal. We live 6hrs away so we wanted to be sure it still was available. The salesman said yes it was there and my husband and him agreed on a price and we said we'd leave at 6am with the money in hand and be down at noon to pick it up the following day. We made it clear we only wanted that exact van. We got down there and ' it just sold before you got here' but we have all these other beat up Junkers you can buy for the same price! The best part is, the van is still posted online to lure business!!!!!! Dishonesty is enough to make me go elsewhere. I've never been so mad in my while life. The salesman kept talking down to me as if I was being unreasonable by being so mad. He kept saying 'what doesn't this van have that the other did?' pointing to a beat up sunfaded van. (the carfax was perfect on the van we went for, and it was immaculate with all the options)
