Their automatic system is quick to respond, but they are slow to actually answer your questions. I got many automatic responses and not a lot of specific information.

I went and looked at a car that was described as “clean, no accidents” both on CarGurus and phone. Once I arrived it was obviously in a collision with frame damage, which was left out of website and carfax report. Very shady and would not trust dealership at all.
