We drove 45 minutes to drive this car that was completely unsafe to test drive. My teenage daughter test drove it and it literally needed an exhaust repair & then during the drive, the car started making an awful noise & would not accelerate past 20mph. There was also body damage that should have been disclosed on the ad, that included 2 multiple layers deep scratches across the front hood each at least a foot long and what appeared to be salt damage on the roof of the car. The car was not in safe test driving condition and we won’t be going there again.

I haven't bought a car from a dealership in years and I was bracing for the worst, but my existing at Balise Toyota was easy with no pressure and straightforward. I would definitely consider buying from Balise in the future.
