They never respond I drive 1 hour to the dealership and they have the truck for sale in cash only

Filled a credit application, then the only time I was able to chat with someone the said that they had way to many applications and could take a while. But they would get back to me. Till this date its been about a month

Would have been nice if the dealership had already removed the posting. So I would not have had to waste my time, contacting them. But the dealership did respond in a timely fashion. That it was sold and no longer available.

Michael was great to speak with. Then there’s Levi, in which needs to learn a bit of professionalism on top of phone etiquette. With being told that he didn’t want my truck, then hanging up on me, not really the types of businesses that I will spend my money with, and I had extra money, but wanted to see where they were willing to go in the deal. It only takes one.

They are not responding to phone calls & honestly bad customer service

Advertised price is different than their proposal. $3500 more they want. Why can’t they put all their nonsense rip off charges in the listing. Be aware. Don’t waste your time at this dealership.

Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Waiting time was not bad even though they had some computer problems. Mr Seller, the sales man was very patient and nice
