We went and took a look at this jeep because we really liked it, well we went and the lady there did not know much about it at all. The floors were all rusted out (I could put my foot through it), they had it covered in carpet, it was leaking transmission fluid, & it had the check engine light on and the lady wasn’t going to tell us the codes until we brought it up about running codes on it ourselves. All of the jeeps there at the place were in rough shape. I feel as if my husband wasn’t there, they would’ve tried to sell me an extremely messed up vehicle & take advantage of me. This vehicle is worth nothing.

I couldn't have asked to be treated any better than I was by Eric at Monarch Showroom. He answered all my questions quickly and never ran out of patience even with my continued requests (badgering) for more info, photos, you name it! This was my first long- distance car buying experience and Eric made the process easy to understand and to complete the paperwork. The staff at Ford of Franklin was very helpful and very professional. They were very timely in their follow up, communications, and information about the car. I bought through their website and on the phone. Tim was absolutely great to work with. He was always available and I did not have to worry if he was trying to push me into a sale. Sean was great with the financing part of the sale. Everything was in order when we walked in and took very minimal time to complete the process from start to finish. We will definitely be looking to buy here again!!
