Dealerships near me (Tacoma, WA)

I put in credit app about days ago for a vehicle and never got a response back at all. I called a few times to check up myself and they would just tell me they would give me a call back with the info and haven’t heard back or no call back. They need to have better communication with people who are serious to buy.

The guy that assisted me was very helpful and nice. The process was easy and after the test drive and a little conversation had me out the door with keys in hand not long afterwards. I had a very good experience. I recommend coming here.

These guys are great. I spent a lot of time at this dealership going back and forth. They gave it to me for a really long test drive. When something was found during the inspection, they split the difference with me. I felt at ease. The dealership says they don't take auction cars. So the one I got was really well kept by its previous owners. It's a family affair: dad and the son work together, along with some other really nice employees. There's no "well, let me talk to the manager" nonsense. I just really feel like if you've got to use one of these smaller lots, you'll save some money, and these guys are decent. I don't think they're out to get anybody.

I have bought many used cars in my lifetime, and this dealership was great. I read many of the reviews that others left, and I am amazed at the number of people giving low marks for the car not working properly after leaving the lot, things breaking after having it for a week or two, etc. C'mon people, this is a *used* car dealership. If you want a car that is guaranteed to not give you any problems, go buy a new car. Otherwise, take your time, crawl all over the car, and inspect everything so you know what is wrong with the car when you buy it. If you are serious about buying the car and don't have the know-how or any experience on buying a car, take the car to a mechanic, tell them you are thinking of buying the car, and then pay them to give the car a thorough inspection. The individuals that run most used car dealerships aren't mechanics. Unless you have something in writing, the car is yours to fix if anything breaks. Also, I do not work for Apex, or know any of them.

Contacted them through Car Guru. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Came in to look at one car but ended up purchasing the Maserati. I love the color combo, thank you David for the smooth transition. Highly recommend them as they helped a lot with the financing!

No pressure staff! They made every step of the process easy. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through them and this time was even easier than the first. Very direct and clear on what they could do for me. Listened to my likes and dislikes and needs on financing. They wanted to make something work for me and we were able to come to great terms for me. Very happy with the entire process.
