The lady who helped us with the car was great but they wanted to add 2800 on the price for taxes and fees with an inspection fee. The car had the engine light on so wouldn't pass the inspection so we were highly confused about their "inspection" fee. They were willing to work with us on these the price of these fees which we appreciated and fix the car at the condition to drop their 1 month warranty. An engine light is too much of a red flag especially when they are saying they can fix it easily (why they didn't do it?!). Again the people were great and really responsive but the fees were out the roof.

They inflated the price of the vehicle causing the payment go up to high. Do not recommend to buy a vehicle there.

I am a auto broker DBA KOH/DCH auto brokers and rarely do business with used car dealers.But I must say I would refer anyone to do business with Arch Auto..Will and his team went above and beyond to work with me for a third party past customer of ours. If I could get my team to be like like his I be able to take a day off one in a while..
