Great experience! I bought the car over the phone from an excellent salesman named David Lutz.. picked it up the following day.. the car was immaculate and it was a comfortable closure; all was as promised. Great job.

They stated that the X5 is certified. When I asked about the certificate. They indicated that it’s one year after the manufacture warranty and covers only power train. I laughed as all certified car companies offer 100,000 bumper to bumper. So BMW can’t trust their own car, how they can expect that a consumer will!!

brought the car from him but they cld have done better on the price
they knew i was there for this car so didn't give me a deal at all.
got what i wanted but still feel like i shld have got a better deal..
and i wld have if i wld have pretended to be just a walk in instead of an online customer. HINT Hint

Overall great experience with Open Road BMW. The sales person Larry I worked with, was responsive, fair, and honest. I drove a good distance to see the car and he made sure everything was ready to go upon arrival. When it came time to purchase, everything was smooth and they were patient was I got my own financing. Overall great car buying experience.

I drove almost 2 hours to see it marina told me it came back from auto body shop and was ready to test drive. It still had dent in the side fender. Then they said it had suspension damage so they not selling it. What a waste of time tolls and gas. Nevver dealing with them

I waited days and they e-mailed me at 4 PM a hello. Then they e-mailed me
the following day at 9 AM the vehicle was sold the previous night.. What a
joke for customer responsiveness. On this particular one I was interested and
I am a cash buyer. I repeatedly sent them questions on their listing of both a
manual and an automatic transmission...no reply back.

I received a quick return call, but it was from a call center
that was not the Dealer and did not have any information
other than they will pass the information onto someone at
the dealer. Over 5 days later and no return call from the
Dealer. Poor service.

Horrible experience both times I visited.
The first time the would not price a car
for me, instead making me wait 2 hours
only to have a sales person take a laptop
out and tell me what the true car
average price ad a prequalification
method.
The second time at the sealership, the
sales person called me after hours to tell
me that they raised the price $3,000.
I don't know hown they stay in
businesses.

Excellent dealer- Robert B. was very helpful and answered all my
questions. He facilitated an out of state transaction and even sent
me photos as my car was getting loaded up on the trailer to ship to

Rode 125 miles wrong van show a sl or se in ad n was base.
Windshield had a big crack in it I said that to him his reply was you
can pick one up for a couple hundred bucks. NO DEAL
