I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Spent 2 weeks communicating with a sales rep only to be told they were let go or quit once I called because communication had stopped. Nothing I was told was accurate. I flew in from Utah trying to find a truck for my son, told originally they wouldn’t accept money to hold the truck only to be told $500 would’ve held the truck that was sold a day before we were scheduled to look at it.

Alberto was amazing! Such a pleasure to work with him. He was warm, kind, funny, and easy all around. The exact opposite of a used car salesman!! I knew I wanted the car and know I got a great deal as well as a fair price for my trade-in. He also made sure the car was detailed and accommodated my schedule to get it done. Every time I arrived, he was waiting for me outside, rain or shine. First class service!

it was 12,900 before it went to their shop, now the price is 14,981

Such a wonderful experience with Mercedes in Selma. I did everything over the phone and had my SUV delivered to my house within hours. The sales manager, John Wang, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Marco delivered my car and went through all the paperwork with me. 100% recommended this dealership.

I called them FOUR times for info, but they did not call me back. Three days later, they did call me, but told me that the car ran on Natural Gas only -- which they did NOT state on their website. Very deceptive and poor customer service!
