sale person was great and try to help as much as possible. But management is worse, no communication. Said would give me a call and never call back. no transparency. if not because of my sale person, i will dont know whats going on after days. price not accurate and add some stuff not discuss with me on the final price.

Receptionist was very nice. Gave me the keys to check out the vehicle. Nobody ever came out to discuss the vehicle or ask if I wanted to test drive. Overall they were pleasant though.

Carmelo Caban, a.k.a The Bow Tie Guy was awesome to work with! He had everything lined up when we got there. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to explain the car’s different features to us. He went through the carfax history with us & he thoroughly answered my questions about extended warranties vs certified pre owned. Very professional Audi Brand Specialist and he had a great sense of humor. For anyone thinking of getting an Audi, I’d highly recommend going to see Carmelo at Jack Daniel’s Audi! Yes, I did purchase the Audi!
