I visited Big Frog Auto and looked at a vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. While I was looking at the vehicle, another customer came in. The sales associate was with them near closing time. I left my name and number with them for him to call me back. He never called me back and sold the car without doing so. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Went over everything with me and did not rush. I did have an important meeting to be at, and they were still cleaning the vehicle and filling it up. And they were very nice and said they would bring my new vehicle to my job for me. And that was greatly appreciated. I was even called the following day to see how the car was doing and if I was enjoying it! And I will do future business with them again.
